We are pleased to announce we have won Domestic Hotel Group of the Year as voted by the travel industry Selling Short Breaks Magazine's readers.

Additionally, we have now been nominated for the 2012 Travel Weekly Globe Awards under the Best Operator UK Holidays and Best UK Hotel Chain. Winners will be announced in January.

Warner Leisure Hotels have been awarded "AA Small Hotel Group of the Year 2011-2012".  A place on the AA list is coveted by many but achieved by just a few. It's great recognition for the consistent dedication and development Warner Leisure Hotels undertakes to improve service to our guests.

Warner Leisure Hotels is the UK’s favourite short-break chain hotel according to a poll of Which? Travel readers and has been named the Which? Recommended Provider of UK Hotels.

Warner Leisure Hotels topped the table, including Hilton, MacDonald and Premier Inn, scoring an outstanding 76% for customer satisfaction and likelihood to recommend.

Which? Travel readers particularly appreciated the good customer service they received when staying at one of the chain’s thirteen UK hotels, giving Warner Leisure Hotels an overall score of four out of five stars.

Warner were shortlisted with some luxury and well-known Hotel chains and won Hotel Chain Of The Year 2010.

After winning the 2008 Hotel Chain of The Year, we are delighted to have been shortlisted again as the 2009 Hotel Chain of the Year at the TTG Awards - one of the most sought-after accolades in the travel industry.

The Carbon Trust Standard is a mark of excellence that has been awarded to Bourne Leisure in recognition of measuring, managing and reducing our carbon emissions.

We are delighted to announce that five of our historic hotels Cricket St Thomas House Hotel, Holme Lacy House Hotel, Thoresby Hall Hotel, Nidd Hall Hotel & Littlecote House Hotel have received recognition from the AA, by being awarded 4 star ratings.

We are delighted to announce that all four of our Coastal Villages have received recognition from the English Tourist Board, by being awarded 4 star ratings.

• The Blue Room at Thoresby Hall Hotel has been awarded two AA rosettes.
• The Orchard Restaurant at Holme Lacy House Hotel has been awarded two AA rosettes.
• Oliver's at Littlecote House Hotel has been award one AA rosette.
• Fennocchi's at Cricket St Thomas Hotel has been awarded one AA rosette.
• The Terrace Restaurant at Nidd Hall Hotel has been awarded one AA rosette.

Against a line up of 50 finalists across sectors ranging from Entertainment to Telecoms and Financial Services to Utilities, Bourne Leisure (Registered owner of Warner Leisure Hotels) was awarded the following accolades:

• Best Call Centre for Customer Service in the Entertainment, Leisure and Travel sector.
• 7th best call centre in the UK across all sectors.
