Our Carvery

Our carvery uses a selection of British farm assured meats, traditional garnishes and gravies, all served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. Whether you go for the sage roasted leg of pork or the braised beef in a red wine and shallot sauce, we know you won’t be disappointed with your choice!

You can savour a mouth-watering range of dishes; we like to call Modern British, from crab & lemon soufflé with tomato and chive dressing to slow roasted duck with thyme potatoes and stir-fried vegetables.
