Corton Coastal Village is set in a fabulous location, with so much to do within the Village, there is also so much to do in the surrounding area.

You can explore some of the beautiful towns, villages and beaches yourself, or book onto one of our experience breaks and let us take care of it all.

Hop in your car and go and explore:

  • Oulton Broads: Only 10 minutes away you can discover the tearooms and wine bars of Oulton Broads.
  • Great Yarmouth: Famous for its sandy expanses and seaside amusements. Great Yarmouth Sealife Centre takes visitors on a fascinating seabed stroll from local waters through to tropical depths and its only 25 minutes away.
  • Somerleyton Hall: This early Victorian stately mansion built in Anglo-Italian style with lavish architectural features, magnificent carved stonework and fine state rooms is only 10 minutes by car. 
 

Bure Valley Steam Experience & Broads Cruise: Why not combine a nostalgic journey by steam with a Cruise of the beautiful Norfolk Broads? Take a journey by train through picturesque countryside to Wroxham. There Broads Tours will have your boat waiting for you, only a 15 minute stroll away from Wroxham Station. Join the Broads Tours boat for an hour and a half cruise around the Norfolk Broads before travelling back by train to Aylsham.

River Boat Cruise & Norwich Trip: Enjoy Norwich by boat & foot. The Coach will depart Corton and transport you to Norwich City Centre, here you will have two hours shopping time, before boarding the coach again for a short drive down to the Quay side. Board the River Boat for a three hour cruise.

   

Mississippi Private Broads Cruise: Let us transport you by coach to the beautiful village of Horning for a memorable trip on the Mississippi paddle boat - The Southern Comfort. Journey on this double-decked paddle boat which has been purpose built for the Broads, along the River Bure through the village and out to Ranworth Broad and back. Enjoy a light lunch on board the boat and the scenery along the route as you pass lovely old thatched houses, windmills and Norfolk reed beds. Throughout the trip there is an excellent commentary and continual pointing out of all the water birds around at the time. Return transport from Corton is included.
