Willow Cottage

5 premier rooms
Located in a separate self-contained grade II listed building adjacent to the main hall
First floor accommodation has no lift access, 3 ground floor rooms
Private parking outside the accommodation

Royale Rooms

6 Royale rooms located in the Grade II listed main hall
All rooms are on the first-floor accommodation via two staircases. Royale 5 and Royale 6 have 5 steps down to access of rooms.
No lift access.

Garden Lodges

20 rooms with separate lounge areas and floor-to-ceiling windows set among the rich foliage located a short walk outside from the main facilities.
Super-sized bed with a large shower and a patio

5 Garden lodge rooms (no lounge), with the opportunity for an interlocking door to a suite. The interconnecting doors are located within the next Garden Lodge Suite. Eg. Garden Lodge 8 room, interconnects with Garden Lodge 9 Suite.

Breakfast, cooked and continental, is as large as it gets and designed for lingering. At dinner, the focus is on familiar pairings with appreciation for the perfect meal, plus specials from Italy to India. The roast of the day is highly recommended.

Follow the A12 from London and continue through to Lowestoft
At Lowestoft Bridge the A12 becomes the A47

Gunton Coastal Resort is situated at the very end.
