In the Bremner Scott you’re dining in what was once the De Lacy family’s ballroom, under a spectacularly domed glass ceiling and surrounded by original oak panelling.
With its traditionally British but internationally-influenced carvery, we think you’ll be swept off your feet.
Upon arrival you can choose to dine in either the Bremner Scott or Courtyard regardless of which room you are staying in. Other dining options are available for a small supplement.

Our carvery uses a selection of British farm assured meats, traditional garnishes and gravies, all served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. Whether you go for the Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary gravy and mint sauce or the Horse Shoe Gammon Steak and Grilled pineapple, we know you won’t be disappointed with your choice!
Served to Your Table
You will also have the choice of dishes served to your table. Let us entice you with our Slow Roast Duck Leg Spring onion mash, stir fried vegetables, and hoi sin sauce. Or the classic Beef Lasagne with Garlic Bread! We have so many choices; you will want to come back again and again!
