Oliver's Bistro

Nestled in our gorgeous 16th Century mansion, Oliver’s Bistro is named after Oliver Cromwell. Our Head Chef, Brian Dixon, did his apprenticeship at a 5 Star hotel Falstaff Inn in Johannesburg South Africa. He learned all his skills in the Baytree restaurant.

If you are staying in one of our Historic rooms or Suites dining in Oliver’s is included and guaranteed for 1 night of your stay.

If you have booked a Signature room or Standard room you can choose to dine in this restaurant for £10 per person for dinner and £5 per person for breakfast, however tables are limited.

All of our food here at Oliver's is sourced locally, from our Wild Venison that is caught on the Berkshire Downs, to our free range eggs from Buxcroft Farm in Trowbridge.

Come and tantalise your taste buds with a selection of Roasted Quail or Breaded Fillet of Mackerel followed by Fillet of Hampshire Pork or our Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bass. If you still want more why not try our delicious Pear Tart Tatin or our Cheese Board?
