All offer breaks are subject to promotional availability per break and valid for new bookings only. Everyone in your booking must be over 21 years of age. General Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchases: 1) Each event and venue have their own specific house rules which are shown on our website; by accepting these terms and conditions you are also acknowledging and accepting the specific rules and regulations for your chosen event. Please familiarise yourself with this information before completing your transaction. 2) Once purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled. 3) Tickets purchased are not for resale, any violation could result in prosecution and/or cancellation of that ticket without refund or compensation. 4) Tickets cannot be upgraded or altered after booking has been completed so please ensure you have selected the correct ticket type before completing your booking. 5) Tickets are deemed as cash, no duplicate tickets will be issued if lost, stolen or destroyed. 6) It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any change of address, contact number or email address, in the event that tickets are sent to an incorrect address given by you, no duplicates will be available. 7) Any event changes will usually be notified through email so please ensure the correct email address is given. 8) CCTV recording may be in operation for the purpose of crime prevention and public safety, images will be used in accordance to the Data Protection Act 2008. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience. 9) The right to admission to an event is reserved by the management and event venue, which may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. No refunds will be given to customers that are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour or carry offensive weapons, illegal substances or other contraband. 10) Event and ticket types where an age restriction applies are clearly indicated during the booking process. Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to your booking and carry proof of age if appropriate. 11) If tickets do not arrive please contact us at least 5 days before, if you contact us after this time we can take no responsibility for tickets that do not arrive in time for your event. 12) We reserve the right to cancel bookings which we reasonably suspect have been made fraudulently. 13) It is your responsibility to check tickets upon receipt; no replacements can be obtained at the venue. 14) No glass is permitted into any of our venues; other items which are/are not permitted to your specific event are shown on the corresponding pages of the website. 15) Any extra regulations and information that apply specifically to your event will be issued along with your tickets, please familiarise yourself with these prior to your event. 16) Line up’s are subject to change without prior notice being given.
