What happens if I have to cancel my holiday?

Cancellation & Insurance Plan: For that extra peace of mind, we strongly recommend you take a look at our special Cancellation Plan. In the event of having to cancel your holiday, refunds will not be given. The cost of your holiday will be transferred to an alternative date (Administrative charges apply).

 

£6.00 per person for breaks under 7 nights in duration
£8.00 per person for breaks 7 nights or over in duration

Do you sell holiday insurance?

Your Personal Holiday Insurance: We strongly recommend you take up Personal Holiday Insurance so you have nothing to worry about before or during your break.

£14.99 pp for breaks over 7 nights in duration

Can I take my pet on holiday?

No pets are allowed at any of the Warner Leisure Hotels with the exception of registered guide dogs.

Can I extend my break during my stay?

You can choose to extend your holiday during your stay subject to availability. We strongly suggest contacting us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please contact either our Sales Team or the hotel/resort you are staying with.

Do you do holidays abroad?

No, all our Hotels and Resorts are located in the UK.

Do I have to make my own travel arrangements?

We offer discounted ferry bookings for our Isle of Wight locations which can be reserved online at the time of booking your break. If you are interested in coming by coach then it couldn't be simpler; email us warnercoachadmin@bourne-leisure.co.uk or call us on 01442 203455 and we will put you in contact with one of the many National Coach Operators that we are in partnership with. All other travel arrangements are down to the individual.

What durations do you do and what days do they start from?

There are 4 types of breaks offered:

 

* Two night midweek break starting on a Monday
* Two night midweek break starting on a Wednesday
* Four night midweek break starting on a Monday
* Three night weekend break starting on a Friday

 

We also offer ad-hoc 1 and 2 night weekend breaks. Please use our online search to find out the latest availability.
