This annual event is a celebration of the very best suppliers to the group travel industry and was held at the four star Tower hotel, beside Tower Bridge, London.
Warner Leisure Hotels was nominated in three categories; The Best Provision of Disabled Facilities, the Best All-inclusive Group Holiday Venue and the Best Group Catering Facilities and is delighted to be winner of the Best Provision of Disabled Facilities beating off stiff competition from the British Museum and Chester Zoo. This brilliant win was later topped by Warner Leisure Hotels being awarded the Best Overall Group Supplier, the outstanding company that had most convincingly won its respective category.
Warner Leisure Hotels’ managing director Jim Forward enthused ‘This is a great award. Not only was it awarded on the basis of the most votes across all categories from group organisers, but we were also up against every type of operation who caters for groups…cruises, foreign hotels, theatres, day attractions, coach operators and alike. It shows the great care we take to actively engage with our group organisers to discover what they might want, to build relationships based on trust, and to make sure we focus on delivering the promised guest experience on site. We see the title of Best Overall Group Supplier as a brilliant accolade for all the team in this value chain.’
