With 17 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, she’s an advocate of taking a holistic and balanced view of wellbeing and specialises in creating innovative wellbeing experiences.

Our retreats are built on three core pillars – Rest, Restore and Renew – and lay the foundations for a deeper understanding of how to integrate well being into daily life. As for the locations, they’re A-list with soaring views and beautiful grounds.
