Studley Castle one-night Wellness Retreat schedule

The aim of this retreat is to leave you with a greater understanding of wellness, provide you with a plan to integrate small changes into your daily routine and leave you feeling rested, restored and renewed. We'll guide you through a series of wellness classes including Chair Yoga, themed meditation, Pilates and much more. We have a fantastic retreat schedule planned, which includes:

10am - Retreat welcome and light refreshments

11.45am - Loving Kindness Meditation
12.30pm - Chair Yoga
2pm - Mindfulness & Reducing Stress Workshop
3pm - Qigong
4pm - Pilates
5pm - Restorative yoga with live music
7pm - Group dinner
9pm - Live Sound Meditation
