Tier benefit update

We appreciate it's been difficult to visit over the past year couple of years, so please be reassured that there is no downgrading of tiers. All your benefits from 2020 have been transferred to 2022, so there's no losing out.

How do I get my hotel spend discount?

One of the benefits of Club Warner is hotel spend discount on food and drink purchases in our bars and coffee shops. Shop purchases, spa treatments and products. Exclusions include purchases of newspapers, experiences such as afternoon tea, demos, activities, excursions, or other third-party activities.

All Warner hotels are cashless, meaning we don’t accept cash payment for any purchase. Instead, we setup a room account for you on arrival day, which needs to be settled by credit or debit card before you depart.

To receive your Club Warner, spend discount, your membership tier details will be added to your room card when you arrive at the Hotel. If when you arrive you think you are on the incorrect tier, please inform the reception team when you arrive. You no longer need a physical card, you will need to present your room card with tier information each time you make a purchase in any of our venues. We cannot retrospectively apply discounts.

I've lost my Club Warner card, can I order a replacement?

From July 2022 we are phasing out sending physical cards. So, as they are no longer needed on your visit you do not need to worry if you lose your old Club Card. You still have your membership number and tier details (provided to you when you join or upgrade your tier) All membership benefits can be accessed by using your room card, which will be provided to you during check-in.

My card is damaged or faulty, can I order a new one?

From July 2022 we are phasing out sending physical cards. So, as they are no longer needed on your visit you do not need to worry if your old card is damaged or faulty. You still have your membership number and tier details (provided to you when you join or upgrade your tier) All membership benefits can be accessed by using your room card, which will be provided to you during check-in.

How do I change my details or the name on my Club Warner membership?

Please fill in this form and we'll update the details on your membership.

We'll only issue you with a new membership letter if your name has changed and you should receive this within 28 working days. You can continue to use your existing Club Warner details while you wait for confirmation of the change.

How long will it take to receive my Club Warner membership confirmation?

After you have registered online, you will then need to stay with us for two or more nights, we will automatically send you your membership card details in the post, which can take up to 28 days.

So don’t worry if it hasn’t arrived just inform the reception team when you arrive for your next break.

I have booked a holiday in the future; will my stay count towards the new club?

As long as you have registered for Club Warner, and if you are in a group of 19 or less, your nights will be automatically calculated once you have completed your stay. The booking made needs to have the same name and address as your club registration in order for the claim to be automatically applied once you have departed for your break.

How will my nights be added to my membership?

Your nights will automatically be calculated* within 7 days after check-out if you are a registered member. This applies if you were the guest who booked your stay, or have been named on a group booking of 19 guests or less.

I have left my old membership card at home; can I still claim my discount?

You still have your membership number and tier details (provided to you when you join or upgrade your tier) All membership benefits can be accessed by using your room card, which will be provided to you during check-in.

My old membership card isn’t working properly, how can I claim my discount?

You still have your membership number and tier details (provided to you when you join or upgrade your tier) All membership benefits can be accessed by using your room card, which will be provided to you during check-in.

Where can I find my membership number?

Membership number can be found on the Club Warner membership letters or card and will be on your Room Key Card provided at the Hotel on your break.

Do you use paper registration forms?

We do not use any paper registration forms for Club Warner as the overall process is much longer for you to receive a membership.

You can either register online, register at a hotel site or give our contact centre a call and they can register you over the phone.

I have booked a break as part of a group; am I eligible to sign up?

If you are a Club Warner member on a group booking of 20 or more and your name was provided at the time of booking, once you have signed up, you can claim your nights by filling out this form using your booking reference number. The nights must be claimed within 28 days from check out.

What purchases can I use my discount on?

Club Warner purchases can be made on food and drink purchases in our bars and coffee shops. Spa treatments and products. Club discount can be used on ‘shop’ purchases, excluding newspapers and selected special ranges. Ask at reception for more information. What happened to the Concierge Club?
