When you choose accommodation for your holiday, what's important to you? Close to all the action? Nearer to the spa? A little bit of luxury? Ground floor accommodation? Shower? Bath? Or maybe you just need a simple space with all the comforts of home.
Each Warner Hotel has rooms - and some with chalets, suites and lodges - with unique features that help to make your stay more comfortable. But there's also plenty of standard rooms and chalets if you just want a peaceful space to rest your head.

The Signature Experience
With every room grade above a standard, The Signature Experience includes added extras, like fresh milk in the mini fridge, fluffy robes, TEMPLESPA bathroom toiletries and a selection of drinks and snacks on arrival.
Included on arrival with stays of two-nights or more. Not available at Heythrop Park, Studley Castle and The Runnymede on Thames.

Mansion rooms
16 unique rooms located in the centre of the historic Manor House at Heythrop Park
While you’re staying in such a grand hotel, you might as well treat yourself to a grand experience. Delight in the ultimate indulgence with a stay in a mansion room. Your lavish experience begins as soon as you arrive, with a personal service leading you all the way to your gorgeously decorated room, where you’ll continue to find so many exclusive extras.
Enjoy an early check-in with reserved parking and a luggage service when you arrive. An expanded selection on the tea tray, plus your very own espresso machine and milk frother. A radio and Bluetooth speaker will help you set the music that suits your mood. Beyond your bedroom doors, the manor house is full of original features and heritage charm, boasting beautiful lounges lit by elegantly tall windows that open onto far-stretching views of the verdant grounds. From the comfort of deep armchairs, you can peruse complimentary newspapers, read a coffee table book, or challenge your friends to a vintage boardgame.
Please note: There is no lift access to these rooms.

Rooms designed with you in mind
Your home is unique. You've designed it to work around you. Because you know what you need for your own comfort and peace of mind. One of the great things about the accommodation we offer is that we understand that some room features are important to you, and some are non-negotiable, so we've made sure to include these.
We've got rooms with:

Late check-out
Perhaps you want to stay in your room a little longer on your last day? You can add late check-out for just £25 per room and have access to your room until 12pm instead of the standard 10am.
Add this option to your break during checkout.
Room selection
Got your eye on a specific location in the hotel? Fore just £20 per room, you can choose a room close to the facilities, your favourite room from your last stay, or group multiple rooms close together.
Room selection is not available via the online booking portal. Once you have made your booking you can chat with our friendly team via chat in the bottom right corner of your screen or call Customer Care on 0330 100 3354.

What size are the beds?
The majority of our rooms can be arranged as either twin beds or a double. To choose whichever suits you when booking online, please click on ‘filters' when selecting your room, or let your advisor know over the phone.
Sizes:
- Twin - 3x6ft
- Double - 4x6ft
- Twin/Double - 6x6ft
Some of our Historic and Royale rooms come with four poster or sleigh beds and are all queen size minimum.

Included with every room upgrade, The Signature Experience is packed with adorable extras and trademark touches like fresh milk and an arrival gift of drinks and snacks.
Included on arrival with stays of two-nights or more:

- Fluffy white robes to use during your stay

Are there towels in my room?
All our rooms come with towels for use in the bathrooms that can be freshly changed every day. We have some towels to provide for use in the pool and leisure areas, but you are welcome to bring your own from home or use the ones provided in your room.

Can I choose a specific room and location in the hotel?
Of course - we can allocate your favourite room number, group multiple rooms close together, or pick a room nearby the facilities for just an extra £20 per room.
This isn't available online so once you have made your booking you can chat with our friendly team by clicking the speech bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen or call Customer Care on 0330 100 3354.
If you would like to treat yourself to one of our opulent Historic rooms, you will be able to select a specific room free of charge. This can also be done online - simply find the break you wish to book and when you land on the Choose a room page, look for the Historic room tab. Each available room will be listed out for you.

Which accommodation is accessible?
To avoid disappointment and/or misunderstandings, please contact us to discuss any needs that you may have. This will enable us to advise on the suitability of facilities to the extent that reasonable adaptations can be made, if necessary. You can inform us of these at the time of placing your booking online or over the phone. e.g.
- Ability to walk but cannot negotiate stairs
- Full wheelchair access and size of wheelchair
- Details of any storage requirements for equipment or medication
- Dietary requirements such as gluten-free, vegetarian etc.
- Mobility requirements (this is only a request and if you do have any mobility requirements, please book through the call centre)
- Assistance dogs

Which accommodation is close to amenities?

Please note: room selection is offered for an additional supplement of £20 per room.
Which accommodation is suitable for single guests?
We do have single rooms or chalets available at the majority of our hotels and coastal villages, with the exceptions being Cricket St Thomas, Thoresby Hall, and Corton Coastal Village. These rooms are extremely popular and do get booked up very quickly.
At Heythrop Park, cleverly designed Cosy Rooms are just for solo travellers. Although they may be the smallest rooms, they don’t forgo all the mod cons. Quality furnishings paired with super-soft duvets and powerful showers (standalone or over a bath) promise a restful stay. They’re scattered throughout the estate, many with lift access.
If all our single rooms are fully booked, you are able to book a double or twin room for single occupancy, however there may be an under-occupancy charge which will vary depending on the availability of the hotel and date in question. For Christmas and New Year we do charge 100% under occupancy.

I don't want a my room to be made up every day. How do I request this?
We totally understand if you prefer the Housekeeping team not to service your room each day. If this is the case, simply place a Do Not Service card outside your door. These will be provided in the rooms.
