"I’ve been part of the Warner food and beverage team now for over 11 years and I’ve never been more excited by the food and drink we’re offering for our guests to enjoy. We’re investing more money than ever to make sure that our menus include options for today’s modern tastes and food lifestyle choices while making our traditional dishes taste and look even better. From our bars, buffets, cafés and carveries you’ll find new additions and refreshing changes. Here’s just a few of the plans my team have to whet your appetite for 2020."

"I’ve always been passionate about fresh and seasonal produce and these will feature strongly in our latest menus. Don’t be surprised to find our chefs out front serving up traditional favourites with a modern twist. Classic roasts are always on the menu and now we’re adding game and slow braised meats as well as modern stone-baked pizzas. There’ll be an improved selection of salads, vegetables and daily specials."

"Right now, there’s a big trend for vegan and plant-based alternatives to meat. I’m looking at how we can offer more vegetarian options and healthier dishes on the Warner menu. Our healthier breakfasts are already proving really popular. We’ll be introducing more gluten free and diabetic options on the dinner menu in 2020, as well as fresh pickles, super foods, grains and pulses."

"I’ve been developing partnerships with local breweries and distilleries underlining our passion for provenance. There’ll be more keg and bottled beer choices and an extended wine list – including vegan tipples and English varieties. We’ve got an increased range of healthy, low and no-alcohol options behind our bars, gin festivals scattered through the year and we’re even introducing re-useable cups in our coffee shops."
