Things to do

March is the perfect time of year to get out and about when you're staying with us. Hop on and off sightseeing buses in Stratford-upon-Avon, York and Chester, or explore Nottingham with a present-day Robin Hood. The Suffolk coastline by Corton and Gunton Hall is quiet and the Isle of Wight beaches refreshingly empty.

Live music spring specials

Come and see some of the biggest names from the world of music and TV gracing our stages. For starters, The X Factor 2010 winner Matt Cardle is at Alvaston Hall 22 March and the brilliant Brian Conley at Sinah Warren 29 March. And then Bodelwyddan Castle is hosting a Motown & Soul Festival and Littlecote House rewinding back to the 80s, plus lots more.

Studley Castle opens 1 March

It’s the official opening of our 14th hotel and the promise of exciting new adventures. Inside, there’s heritage and contemporary comfort, plus a luxurious spa for relaxing and live music for a party. Outside, the chance to slip away into the heart of Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.
