We’re bringing you live entertainment at our English hotels. To achieve social distancing, we’re reducing numbers in the indoor cabaret rooms and where needed will be putting on two nightly performances, an early and later one. We’ll automatically reserve your show time to follow dinner, but we are currently unable to offer reserved seating in our entertainment venues. We will no longer be offering My Warner Table.

Bodelwyddan Castle is temporarily closed as a result of local restrictions in North Wales. The earliest reopening date will be Friday 23 October, but will be reviewed based on Welsh Government guidance. Find out more

When we are able to re-open, we will not be able to offer live entertainment at Bodelwyddan Castle until the Welsh Government deems it safe to do so. Instead, all breaks in North Wales will have a refreshing laid-back mix of indulgence, fun and adventure with top-notch dining, entertainment on the big screen and days to explore. Exclusive to Bodelwyddan Castle until January 2021. Find out more

Our pools, gyms and spas are available in all our hotels, ensuring we comply to the new government health and safety protocols. All these facilities are exclusive to hotel guests for the time being. The full range of beauty and facial treatments are now available.

What if I’ve paid for something as part of my booking, which has now been cancelled?

The health and safety of our guests and teams is of paramount importance so it has been necessary to remove certain packages or experiences – this includes VIP packages, excursions, early check-in and late check-out. We will review this on a month by month basis.

We’re sorry if we’ve had to cancel any element of your break due to the current restrictions. We’ll automatically refund the cost of any packages or extras – there’s no need to call us. We’ll keep this under review on a month-by-month basis.

For guests who have paid in full, refunds will go back to your payment card. For guests who have only paid a deposit, we’ll remove the extras from your booking and reduce your outstanding balance.

How will the government 10pm curfew affect my evening?

The government has released new guidelines for hotels that state live performances and movies that begin before 10pm can continue past the 10pm curfew. Our bars and restaurants will still have to close at 10pm, but there’ll be no hurry to finish your drinks (last orders at 9:30pm). As a result, there will be no change to dining times booked on My Warner Stay. Public spaces will still be open around our hotels for finishing off drinks and conversations. We do ask that guests are respectful to each other and of the regulations in place.

I’m travelling later in the year – will these changes affect my break?

The changes we’ve described will be how we intend to operate for the foreseeable future. Any modifications we make at a later date will be communicated here.

Why has My Warner Table been removed?

To achieve social distancing, we’re reducing numbers in the indoor cabaret rooms and where needed will be putting on two nightly performances, an early and later one. We’ll automatically reserve your show time to follow dinner, but we are currently unable to offer reserved seating in our entertainment venues. We will no longer be offering My Warner Table.

I had already booked my zone on My Warner Table for my break – what happens now?

Unfortunately, we’ll not be able to honour any reservations made via My Warner Table. If you have any specific mobility or accessibility questions, please speak to a member of the team on the first night. We’re working on a new booking system that’ll allow you to choose your preferred entertainment times before you arrive. We hope to launch it later in the year.

To ensure we comply with social distancing advice our restaurants will be open for longer periods with breakfast and dinner times booked via our new online portal, My Warner Stay. Times will be available in 15-minute intervals.

How will you ensure leisure activities are delivered safely?

Some like archery and rifle shooting will need to be booked but many others like boules and pitch ’n’ putt will be come and go as you please. Our teams will host quizzes and gameshows.

All equipment will be sanitised before use and participants asked to wash or sanitise their hands before each session. Equipment will not be shared and will be thoroughly cleaned between sessions. Guests will also be asked to follow social distancing rules when waiting and participating in activities. A member of the team will be on hand to offer guidance.
