We are pleased to introduce to you My Warner Table, a brand new service launching this year at most of our locations. Its been over a year in the making, it has now launched for Gunton Hall Coastal Village.
What is it?
Over the years we've seen that our guest will often dine earlier than they would prefer to, or rush their evening meal rather than miss the opportunity to get a 'good seat' for the entertainment. As a result you've told us that your dining experience isn't as good as it could be, with rushed service and queues at the carvery on occasions. My Warner Table gives you the option to reserve a place in your preferred zone of the late lounge. We'll guarantee you a seat in the same place for the whole of your stay so you can enjoy all of the action live on stage every night.
How does it work?
- Once you’ve booked your holiday, you’ll be able to log into www.mywarnertable.co.uk to reserve your zone, within an hour or so of booking
- Use your holiday booking reference number and your surname to log in
- You’ll be shown a map of the Late Lounge at your chosen hotel or village
- Simply click on the zone you’d like to select and hit reserve
- Before your arrival, we will then allocate you a seat in your chosen zone

Is there a charge?
No, absolutely not!
When should I book my Late Lounge zone?
We'd encourage you to get online and reserve your zone as soon as you've booked your break. Give us an hour, then head over to mywarnertable.co.uk (opens a new window) and have your holiday confirmation to hand, you’ll need your holiday reference number and surname to login. If you’ve booked a VIP experience your zone is already booked for you.
What if I choose not to book a zone?
That's fine, if you'd rather not reserve a zone in advance of your stay (for example, if you're not quite sure of your plans) then there'll be a selection of unreserved seats available for you to choose from each night of your stay. The choice is totally yours.
Can I book when I arrive?
Yes you can, however we'd really encourage you to book in advance, as we can't guarantee what space will be available on arrival, and you might just miss out on the zone you'd like. To enable us to plan in advance, My Warner Table will close 48 hours before your arrival, so get online as soon as you can.
I‘m travelling with friends, we’ve all booked separately – but we want to sit together. How do we ensure this happens?
We’re only able to reserve seats for the guests listed on your individual booking. If you do want to sit together, make sure you have a chat with your friends and choose the same zone! We will then do our best on arrival to ensure you’re seated together (however we cannot guarantee this).
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, you can edit your zone reservation up until 48 hours prior to arrival, subject to availability
Will I have to sit with other people?
Yes, this may be the case. Due to room layouts and zone availability, you may, on occasions be asked to sit with other guests. However, if you would prefer not to sit with other guests, please do make a note of this for us in the ‘Special Requests’ box and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request.
I need disabled access – which zone is best for me?
We’ve tried to make it easy for you to identify the areas that are accessible with a wheelchair or mobility scooter. These zones are labelled with an icon

All My Warner Table Late Lounge zone reservations are subject to availability. Warner Leisure Hotels reserves the right to change or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances and without prior notice. Zone configurations may be subject to change. The team at your chosen hotel or village will allocate seats in advance of arrival. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our best to honour these where possible. The My Warner Table system will close 48 hours in advance of arrival days. The photos on My Warner Table are only a representative view from the centre of each zone and is not a guarantee of exact views from each seat.
