Holme Lacy House bedroom locations

This is a Grade I listed mansion, rich in Renaissance-style detail. The 181 rooms offer a relaxing base in the middle of Herefordshire’s green fields with views across to Marcle Ridge.

The impressive Holme Lacy House Hotel building.

Old House

The original mansion is home to 31 rooms, a mix of Historic and Old House Standard. They’re all close to the hotel’s restaurants, lounge areas and reception rooms.

These rooms enjoy the privilege of reserved parking bays. Most are garden-facing and feature period detail and décor in keeping with the location and pedigree of the property. Some are furnished with four posters or sleigh beds and the larger rooms have seating areas with a sofa. Room 220 is one to note – it’s the hotel’s only suite with a separate living area.

Some of these rooms are only accessible via stairs.

New Rooms

The extension is physically attached to the Old House which means there’s never any need to walk outside to access any facilities. The 150 Contemporary Royale, Signature and Standard rooms in this area are closest to the pool, leisure amenities and pavilion. All the Contemporary Royale rooms are on the ground floor and come with a shower only, so great for guests with walking difficulties. The Signature and Standard rooms are accessible via lift.
