As a well-known English actor, singer and dancer Ray first rose to fame as Anthony Murray in Channel 4 tv soap opera Brookside and scooped a TV soap award for best young actor in 2003.
In 2006 Ray finished runner up to Leona Lewis on the X factor and became a firm fan’s favourite. From this Ray’s debut album, ‘My Way’, Then entered the UK album chart at number one. It sold 127,000 copies in its first week of release before being certified platinum, selling over 250’000 worldwide.
Ray then went on to win the fourth season of Dancing on Ice in 2009 and again the All Stars season in 2014 becoming the Champion of champions.
A true example of a ‘triple threat’ Ray can sing, dance and act and has played lead role is countless Westend productions from Grease and Dirty Dancing to Legally Blonde and summer holiday.
