Why should I book now?

Booking early is the best way to ensure you get the lowest price for 2020. As availability reduces break prices will go up.

Will this be the best price?

Yes! Book early to always get the lowest price and if you book now for 2020 and then were to see your break at a lower price we will do the right thing… simple as that.

Will I receive other offers during the year?

Yes, as we will of course send out other promotions, however for the best value this is a great reason to book now.

Do I have to pay my whole balance?

Not necessarily. If you book more than 10 weeks in advance of your stay, then just a deposit will suffice. If you book within 10 weeks of your holiday date, then the whole cost is payable at the time of booking. Some offers will have different deposit amounts.

How do I make a claim?

If you see your break at a lower price, then contact us and we’ll apply the correct adjustment if the price is still available on a like for like comparison. However, we ask for two things from you:

1. Please send an email to customercare@warnerleisurehotels.co.uk stating the lead bookers full name, booking reference and highlighting where you have seen the lower price.
2. We will commit to getting back to you within 72 hours via email.

Our team will not be able to process any claims over the phone as all enquiries will require full discovery by our Care team.

Terms and conditions: You will be eligible for the Warner price promise if you book a 2020 break directly with Warner by 7 October 2019 and your booking is for less than 19 people. If, prior to your holiday start date you see your holiday at a lower price, simply get in touch and our team will investigate your query and apply the relevant adjustment if the price seen remains available. The refund is subject to the holiday being for the same hotel/village, arrival date, duration, accommodation type including all features of a room and there still being availability to book. 3rd party promotions are excluded from the price promise and all claims must be made by the start of your holiday.
