Bookings FAQ's

Is it safe and secure to book online?

To ensure complete peace of mind when booking online, your personal details are encrypted and we use secure servers for your payment. This means any information you provide to us remains private and unreadable as it travels over the internet. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology with 128-bit encryption.

Look out for the padlock Secure website logo at the bottom of your Payment Details page as this indicates a secure area or https://; meaning you can complete your credit/debit card details with total confidence.

Can I use credit notes or vouchers to book online?

Credit notes or vouchers cannot be used to book online. To use these, please contact the Warner Leisure Hotels Hotline team on 0844 871 4523.

What credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Delta and Maestro cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

Who processes my credit/debit card information when I make a payment?

Lloyds Cardnet will securely process your credit/debit card payment on behalf of Warner Leisure Hotels.

What additional security precautions do you have in place?

For additional protection, we ask for the security code on your card. This unique three-digit number is physically printed onto your card, therefore you must have the card in your possession in order to use it. It is not embossed onto your card and is not shown on your card receipt or your statement. As a result, it is difficult for anyone other than the cardholder to make a purchase. As an additional security precaution to better protect against card fraud we require that you enter this code.

I want to book a break for a group of more than 20 people. What should I do?

Will I receive confirmation through the post and how long will it take?

You will receive confirmation within 7 days of booking online by post, however if your booking is for the Isle of Wight please allow longer for your postal confirmation, as it may take sometime to confirm the ferry details. In addition, if you book online you will receive an instant email confirmation, with full details on your booking.

What happens if I do not receive my confirmation through the post before I go?

If you do not receive confirmation through the post before you go, please take a print-out from your email confirmation if possible. If not, your reference number will be fine to check in with.

Can I book my ferry online?

You can book a ferry up to 17 days prior to departure through the Warner Leisure Hotels website at time of booking. If making your booking within 17 days of the booking, please contact our Customer Care team on 0870 601 0053 after you have made your reservation, to confirm your ferry booking details.
