My Warner Stay
What is My Warner Stay?

We’re passionate about ensuring your journey with us is smooth. My Warner Stay will give you ownership of what you want to do, when you want to do it. It’ll be your online portal, yours to personalise your break.

You can pre-book dining times and activities such as archery, rifle shooting, tea tasting and cocktail making! You are also able to pre-register your bank card to your account within 28 days of your holiday to keep track of spending throughout your break.

Guests making a new booking will receive an invitation to book their dining times minutes after the holiday booking is confirmed. Dining times will be available to book up to 48 hours before your holiday. If not, we’ll allocate times on your behalf before your arrival.

To receive an email confirmation we require all our guests provide an email address at the time of booking. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the best times for dining and activities.

Group reservations

If your booking includes two or more rooms and your party wishes to dine together as a group, the lead guest should log in to My Warner Stay using their individual booking reference found on the 2nd page of the holiday confirmation, then create a dining party using the booking references and the surname(s) of each guest's room.

To create a dining party, simply click the ‘create dining group’ button when you first open the breakfast or dinner booking page, and follow the prompts to create your group.

If you have already booked your dining times and want to add guests to your table, please log in to your My Warner Stay account, click on 'dining' and you should have an option to 'manage dining party' in the top left corner. You can add more guests, so long as there is still availability for the times you have selected.

I can't log in

To log in to My Warner Stay, you will need the hotel name, the lead guest's surname, and the holiday booking reference.

If you have a booking with multiple rooms, you will have a group booking reference (starting with 4) and a holiday booking reference for your individual room(starting with 1). Please use the holiday booking reference to log in to My Warner Stay.

This can be found on the second page of your holiday confirmation with your room information. 

The time I want is unavailable

If you're preferred times aren't available to book on My Warner Stay, this may mean that time slot is fully booked and we recommend selecting an alternative time. 

Closer to the time of your break there may be cancellations and amendments, so you are more than welcome to enquire with reception upon checking-in if there are more suitable dining times. 

Change my dining times

You can amend your dining times on My Warner Stay by logging in and clicking on dining. You can select a new choice from the available times and restaurants listed, and hit confirm when you're finished. 

If you are in a dining party as part of a group, amending your times will affect your booking only, so each booking in the party will need to amend their own times also. 

Pre-registering your credit card

You can pre-register your card on My Warner Stay up to 28 days before your holiday is due to start. This means you don't have to wait at Reception when you arrive to set up a charge card as one will be provided in your welcome pack, and you can keep track of your spending online during your stay.
