Classes and workshops are led by visiting experts, indoors and outside, from daybreak to nightfall. Group sessions are small and cover everything from pilates to gong bathing as the sun sets. Full use of the leisure club, including pools, is complimentary and menus highlight healthy, nutritious options

Strength and conditioning workouts, yoga for fitness and high intensity training focus on toning. As for the locations, they’re A-list with soaring views and beautiful grounds. Outdoor sports like archery and rifle shooting are included and the neighbourhoods are paradise for walkers, runners and cyclists
