Are Warner Hotels open to the public?

Yes - you can visit all our hotels as a non-resident.

Can I purchase an experience as a gift?

Yes. We recommend purchasing our gift cards online here. The recipient of your gift can then choose their preferred experience including which day and time.

How will I know what time my treatment is?

For any experiences which include a spa treatment, your choice of treatment and time will be confirmed on arrival. Your treatment time will take place between the booked session times.

Will my medical history affect my treatment?

For any experiences which include a spa treatment, a full consultation form will be completed on arrival. If you have been diagnosed with cancer in the last 2 years, please contact the hotel directly prior to your arrival so we can ensure a specially trained therapist is available. My experience includes entry to the swimming pool, what should I bring?

A robe and towel will be provided on arrival, therefore all you need to bring is your swimming costume and flip flops if you wish to as well a £1 coin for your locker.

I haven't received my confirmation email

Confirmations will be issued within 24 hours of making a booking. If you still haven't received your confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder. You can enter your booking reference or view your booking details at day.mywarnerstay.co.uk. If you are unable to retrieve your reference number please contact the hotel who will be able to assist. I've lost my confirmation - what can I do?

I need to cancel my booking

You can cancel your booking through the website, day.mywarnerstay.co.uk. Please note any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at the full amount of the booking. Full terms and conditions can be viewed here.

How do I check availability?

Visit day.mywarnerstay.co.uk to check availability of the site you wish to visit. If no time is visible then there is no availability for either the party size or day selected.

I can’t find the experience I want to purchase?

We are always adding new and exciting experiences so be sure to check back at a later date. To accommodate in the meantime, please contact the hotel directly here.

My preferred location is unavailable?

Check back as there may be more availability and dates released at a later time. Please note some of our experiences aren't available at all of our locations.

Should I book through this website if I am staying on a Warner break?

If you are staying with us as on a Warner break, please continue to make any additional reservations for experiences which require pre-booking at www.mywarnerstay.co.uk.

Will any money be taken from my card at the time of booking?

No deposit or charges will be taken from your card at the time of booking. You will only be charged using this card the event of a late cancellation, amendment or a non-arrival.

Do I have to pay with the registered card?

No. Any accepted card payment or applicable gift cards can be used. Please note all our locations are cashless.

How far ahead can I book my day experience?

Day experience bookings can be made up until the end of December 2024. Please note, our experiences aren't offered over the festive period, and the Garden Tour and Lunch experience is seasonal.

How close to the experience can I book?

Availability won't show if the experience is less than 48 hours away. Please contact the hotel directly should you wish to book closer to the time. You can find their contact details here.

I would like to book for a larger group, however there is no availability?

Is there car parking available?

Yes. All locations offer complimentary car parking including disabled parking.

I need to amend my booking

If your booking is more than 48 hours prior, please visit our website to cancel your booking and then rebook with the updated information, which is subject to availability. If your booking is within 48 hours, please contact the hotel directly here who will assist you further in line with our terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

This section applies to reservations made on the website https://day.mywarnerstay.co.uk (“Day Experiences Website”) for day experiences only (“Day Experiences”) and are not applicable to guests with an overnight booking staying on a Warner break. All guests visiting for a Day Experience (“Day Guests”) must be aged 18 and over. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. You may view your reservation on the Day Experiences Website by entering your reservation ID, surname, and location of the experience. Unless specified in the Day Experience confirmation email, no additional hotel facilities or events are accessible to Day Guests including, but not limited to, other Day Experiences, spa, leisure and entertainment. Subject to capacity, availability and at the discretion of the hotel, Day Guests may purchase food and drink or other services but must not remain in the hotel or its grounds after 6pm. The price of Day Experiences is subject to change and the amount charged will be the advertised cost at the time of your Day Experience and not the price at the time the reservation is made. All our locations are cashless and all Day Experiences must be paid for by an accepted credit card, debit card, Warner gift card or Warner voucher. Your credit or debit card (“Registered Card”) details will be taken at the time of your reservation but your Registered Card will not be charged at the time of the reservation. Payment will be taken onsite on the day of your visit. You are not required to make payment with the same card as the Registered Card. If, for any reason, payment is not made prior to your departure, all charges will be made to the Registered Card. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so on the Day Experiences Website at least 48 hours prior to the time of your reservation. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the Registered Card in the case of a no show, or an amendment or cancellation made within 48 hours of your reservation. In the unlikely event of the hotel cancelling the reservation there will be no charge. Please contact the hotel directly for any large group or last minute reservations or cancellations taking place in the next 48 hours. The Afternoon Tea Day Experience lasts for a maximum of 2 hours from the time of the reservation. Other Day Experiences are also subject to time limits advised by the hotel. If you have dietary requirements, please email the hotel in advance to let them know. Menus on our website are samples menus only and subject to change. Garden Tour experiences will take place in most weather conditions, however should guests wish to cancel due to the weather forecast, this can be done up to 48 hours prior. Should a guest cancel their booking within 48 hours due to bad weather, full payment will be taken. In the unlikely event that the hotel cancel the experience due to extreme weather conditions, guests will be contacted and there will be no charge. Garden Tours will begin on time meaning our grounds team are unable to wait for late arrivals. All Day Experiences are subject to availability and hotels have the same availability as the Day Experiences Website. Alternative products or services may be offered, where appropriate, at the hotel’s discretion. Admission and service at licensed premises are subject to licensing laws.
