The answer to this one is simple... when the last person has finished drinking!
How soon should I book?
We have a lot of guests who book year after year with us, so these breaks can sell out quickly. You can book anytime and you won't have to pay the final balance until 10 weeks before the start of your break.
Can you help me with a surprise for someone travelling with me?
No problem. Please contact us on 0330 100 3354† after making your booking and let us know about any special requirements.
What's the dress code?
We don't enforce a dress code, however many of our guests enjoy making a special effort to really help make the break feel special.
Will you show the Queen's speech?
Certainly! You won't miss a thing.
Can my family visit me?
Of course! The festive season is a time for family and friends. All we ask is for you to let the reception team know and that all guests are over 21 years of age.
Is there a local church service?
Yes. Simply ask at reception for the details when you arrive.
What if I am a single traveller?
You're more than welcome. We have single rooms at many of our locations so we can cater for any party size.
