Tier benefit update
We appreciate it's been difficult to visit over the past year, so please be reassured that there are no tier changes to all Platinum, Gold and Silver Club Warner memberships. All your benefits from 2020 have been transferred to 2021, so there's no losing out.
How do I get my hotel spend discount?
One of the benefits of Club Warner is hotel spend discount on spa, beauty, coffee shop, bar and gift shop purchases.
All Warner hotels are cashless, meaning we don’t accept cash payment for any purchase. Instead, we setup a room account for you on arrival day, which needs to be settled by credit or debit card before you depart.
To receive your Club Warner hotel spend discount, you need to present your Club Warner card each time you make a purchase in any of our venues. We cannot retrospectively apply discounts.
I've lost my card, how do I order a replacement?
Simply fill in this replacement card form and we will send you a new card. You will receive your new card within 28 working days.
The card needs to be presented at time of purchase in order for the discount to be applied. We cannot retrospectively apply discounts.
My card is damaged or faulty, can I order a new one?
If your card is damaged or faulty, then not to worry. All you have to do is fill in the damaged card form and we can then issue you with a replacement card in the post.
If your card simply didn’t swipe correctly when you visited us and you’re thinking of ordering a replacement, please continue to bring your old card until you receive your replacement.
How can I change my details?
Please fill in the change my details form and we will update your membership.
It can take up to 28 days for us to update your details. During this time, you can continue to use your existing Club Warner membership card.
We will only issue you with a new card if your name has changed. You will receive your new card within 28 working days.
How long will it take to receive my Club Warner card?
I have booked a holiday in the future; will my stay count towards the new club?
As long as you have registered for Club Warner, and if you are in a group of 19 or less, your nights will be automatically calculated once you have completed your stay. The booking made needs to have the same name and address as your club registration in order for the claim to be automatically applied once you have departed for your break.

How will my nights be added to my membership?
Your nights will automatically be calculated* within 7 days after check-out if you are a registered member. This applies if you were the guest who booked your stay, or have been named on a group booking of 19 guests or less.
