Social dining



Staying with a group? No problem. We want your break to be perfect, right down to the time you eat and who you eat with. With Social Dining, you can organise your friends meals alongside yours so that you'll all be eating together. You'll also be able to name your dining group, so get thinking of something creative! As usual, these dining bookings are first come first served, so make sure you get yours in as early as you can – you'll be able to immediately after your group has booked.

You’re invited to reserve breakfast and evening dining for each day of your stay in advance – up to 48 hours before travelling. If not, we’ll allocate times on your behalf before your arrival. There’s no need to call. It can all be done with the click of a button.

Once you've got your dining plans booked, you can start thinking about how you're going to spend the rest of your time. Book leisure activities like archery and rifle shooting, or special experiences like Afternoon tea and tasting sessions. Don't forget to take some time to relax! Book a spa treatment or experience to make sure you find the time to wind down. Or, if you're more in the mood to explore, you can schedule an excursion and take a trip to one of the local attractions. Just remember, some of our activities and experiences are very popular, so it's always best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What is My Warner Stay?

This is an online portal, bespoke to Warner. It gives you the opportunity to book any number of activities and experiences in advance of a break including breakfast and evening dining reservations. You can then view and update your itinerary throughout your stay to make the most of your time.

Why should I pre-register a card with Warner?

Warner Hotels are now cashless, so by pre-registering your card you can skip the queues at check in and can get on with enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.

How do I pre-register my card with Warner?

Log into My Warner Stay and follow links to pre- register you card.

You should then follow the instructions specified by the online Merchant and follow the registration and verification process.

You will need to fill in your card details and then you will receive a verification via a one-time password (OTP), this will either be text message to your mobile phone or via your banking app. No money will be charged to your card at this point, it’s just a pre-authorisation or a token will be generated associated with your card. This token will be saved by the online Merchant.

Where is my card information and data stored after pre-registering my card?

Actual card data, the token and other relevant details are stored in a secure mode by your bank and the authorised card networks that Warner use to take payments.

Warner do not store any of this data. A pre-registered card transaction is safer as the actual card details are not shared with the merchant during transaction processing.

Is there any limit on the number of cards that I can request to be registered?

The limit is one card per room account for pre-registering, however your bill can be split at the end of your break across multiple cards if required.

What happens if I check out and don’t visit reception before I leave?

You can view a copy of your bill online at My Warner Stay at any time and the pre-registered card will be automatically charged.

Who is best to contact in case of any issues with registering my card?

All queries should be made to your bank card issuer. The contact centre and the hotels do not have access to this information to be able to answer any queries.

Why do I have to book my dining times?

We’re asking everyone to book dining times ahead of a stay so we can expertly plan and manage the flow of guests for a relaxed dining experience.

Do I have to book my dining times for every day?

Guests may have different plans for the duration of their break. The My Warner Stay portal requires guests to book times for breakfast and evening meal for each day of the stay. Choose the times that suit your plans.

When and how do I book my dining times?

Once you’ve booked a break, your confirmation gives details of how to access My Warner Stay, plus the reservation details for logging in. Guests with a single room booking will receive an email reminder shortly after booking. Please ensure we have your current email address so we’re able to do this.

Simply go to My Warner Stay and input your holiday reference number and surname to login to your account. You'll find everything you need on My Warner Stay to totally personalise your break. From booking dining times to adding experiences and packages. You can also view, amend and change your bookings by simply logging back in at any time. Planning your time away has never been so easy! 
 
Please do not call us in advance as we’ll be unable to make reservations on your behalf. If you don’t book ahead, our team will allocate dining times for you.

What if I need to change my dining slots?

If you need to change your booking, there is no need to call. You can view, amend and change your bookings by simply logging back in at any time. Simply go to My Warner Stay and input your holiday reference number and surname to login to your account.

Can I book a table for more than two people?

If your booking includes a larger party and you wish to dine together as a group, you can only dine in groups of six.

Guests travelling in larger parties than six will be seated at different tables. Our team will of course do their best to ensure friends and family are as close together as possible.

I have multiple rooms booked - do I have to book for my whole party?

Friends or family holidaying together have the choice to book the same breakfast and dinner times. We ask that the lead booker makes dining reservations for their whole party, or passing the booking details onto their group so these can be booked individually.

What if I change my break details? Will I have to also rebook my breakfast and dinner times?

If you amend any of your break details, such as location, dates, number of nights or number of people in your party new dining reservations should be made for each day of your stay. Use your surname and booking ID as usual to log into My Warner Stay to book breakfast and dinner times.

Can I dine with guests from other rooms?

Of course, tables can be set for up to six guests maximum in all dining rooms, coffee shops and bars as well as outside areas.

What if I change my mind about something I've booked?

You can view, amend and change your dining slots by simply logging back in at any time. Simply go to My Warner Stay and input your holiday reference number and surname to login to your account. For other changes, please speak to the team once at the hotel about essential changes you may need to make.

How far in advance do I have to book?

Dining needs to be booked at least 48 hours before a stay. Otherwise, we’ll allocate times on arrival.

Can I use My Warner Stay and book my dining times on my mobile or tablet?

My Warner Stay is accessible and fully functional using a mobile or tablet device as well as desktop or laptop.

How do I book an afternoon tea?

Once you have booked your break with us, you can log onto My Warner Stay where you can input your booking details. You will then be taken to the page where you can book your dining times and afternoon tea.

What else will be launched on My Warner Stay in the future?

As well as pre-booking times for breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea, we've developed My Warner Stay so you can book many activities, trips out, spa treatments, room accounts (and more). Going forward, you'll find even more things you can plan and add to your break. We are also developing a My Warner Stay mobile app to enable guests to truly personalise their holiday experience in just a few taps.
