You can amend your dining times on My Warner Stay by logging in and clicking on dining. You can select a new choice from the available times and restaurants listed, and hit confirm when you're finished. 

If you are in a dining party as part of a group, amending your times will affect your booking only, so each booking in the party will need to amend their own times also. 

How to use my discount

You no longer need a physical card, to receive your Club Warner spend discount, your membership tier details will be added to your room charge card when you arrive at the hotel to use each time you make a purchase in our venues.

If you are at the hotel and believe you are on the incorrect tier, please inform the reception team as soon as possible. We cannot retrospectively apply discounts.

What do I get discount on?

Your Club Warner discount is available at the spa for treatments, beauty products, the coffee shop, bars, and gift shop purchases. It excludes purchases of tobacco, newspapers, stamps and external excursions or activities onsite run and organised by external companies.

The discount cannot be used towards the cost of a break, gift vouchers, or on items already discounted (e.g. happy hour). For a full list of exclusions, please see our terms and conditions.

Update my details

If you are a Club Warner member and your name, contact number, e-mail, or postal address have changed and you would like to update your membership, just let us know by completing this form on our website and we will update our records. 

If you are not a member of Club Warner, please request your change of details here as a general enquiry.  

Claim nights

You can manually claim your nights up to 28 days after checking out by completing this form on our website. You'll just need the group booking reference and your Club Warner membership number (which is on your sign-up e-mail, and any tier upgrade e-mails sent to you by Warner).

So long as you are named on your holiday booking under your own name and postal address then your nights will automatically be applied to your Club Warner membership within 7 days of checking-out.  This applies to bookings of 19 people and under.

If you made your booking through a third party, for example a coach company, unfortunately we are unable to claim your nights for Club Warner. 

Membership tiers

When you register for Club Warner, you are in base membership.

  • Once you have stayed 2-7 nights you will be in the Silver Your benefits are 5% discount on hotel spends, exclusive Silver Club benefits, and latest news and updates.
  • Once you have stayed between 8 - 13 nights you will be in the Gold Your benefits are 10% discount on hotel spends, exclusive Gold Club benefits, and latest news and updates.
  • Then once you have stayed over 14 nights you will be in the Platinum Your benefits are 15% discount on hotel spends, entertainment Break Swap offer, exclusive Platinum Club benefits, and latest news and updates.

Nights stayed are on a rolling 18 month basis, and will be automatically added to your membership within 7 days post check-out. 

Club Warner cards

We have made the decision to go cardless for our Club Warner loyalty scheme.

You don't need to worry if you lose your old Club Card, you still have your membership number and tier details which are provided to you when you join, or upgrade your tier.

During your stay, all membership benefits can be accessed by using your room charge card, which will be provided to you during check-in.

My membership number

Your membership number will be e-mailed to you when you sign up for Club Warner, and will be on every subsequent tier upgrade e-mail. 

You don't need your membership number for your holiday, but if you forget your number then you can speak to our lovely Customer Care team on 0330 100 3354 and they'll be happy to help you.
