How do I make a booking?

There are lots of ways to make a booking with Warner Hotels making it that much easier for yourselves. 

You can make a booking on our website, using the filters to narrow down whatever suits you - whether you're planning a birthday bash or a romantic getaway. You can take a look here to see our current offers.

You can also give our fantastic and friendly Sales team a call on 0330 100 9774 - we will be more than happy to help you find and book the best break for you.

If you're already staying with us, just stop by the Holiday Shop in the hotel where our knowledgeable team members can answer any questions you may have and get you book for your next break.

When should I book?

We advise all our guests to book online early, to take full advantage of our best price offers. All our rooms are sold to guests on a first come, first served basis, and prices may change with demand.

Is it safe to book online?

To ensure complete peace of mind when booking online, your personal details are encrypted, and we use secure servers for your payment. This means any information you provide to us remains private and unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology with 128-bit encryption.

Look out for the padlock Secure website logo at the bottom of your Payment Details page as this indicates a secure area or https://; meaning you can complete your credit/debit card details with total confidence.

How long should I stay for?

As long as you like - our most popular breaks tend to be 3 and 4-night breaks, but we offer several different break durations that can be combined if you want to stay for longer.*

  • One-night weekend break on a Sunday
  • Two-night midweek break starting on either a Monday or a Wednesday
  • Three-night weekend break starting on a Friday
  • Four-night midweek break starting on a Monday
  • Five-night break starting on either on a Wednesday or Friday
  • Seven-night break starting on either a Monday or Friday

Exclusive to Heythrop Park, we also offer a a two-night break starting on a Saturday.

We sometimes offer 1- and 2-night weekend breaks, which are available within 14 days of travel.* For more information, take a look at our last-minute breaks.

Can I check-in early?

You can add early check-in for just £30 per room and have access to your room any time from 12pm instead of the standard 3pm.

You can add this when making a new booking online, or by calling our Customer Care team on 0330 100 3354 and they will be happy to help.

Can I check-out late?

You can add late check-out for just £25 per room and have access to your room until 12pm instead of the standard 10am. 

You can add this when making a new booking online, or by calling our Customer Care team on 0330 100 3354 and they will be happy to help. 

Can I choose a specific room and location in the hotel?

Of course - we can allocate your favourite room number, group multiple rooms close together, or pick a room nearby the facilities for just an extra £20 per room.

This isn't available online so once you have made your booking you can chat with our friendly team by clicking the speech bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen or call Customer Care on 0330 100 3354.

If you would like to treat yourself to one of our opulent Historic rooms, you will be able to select a specific room free of charge. This can also be done online - simply find the break you wish to book and when you land on the Choose a room page, look for the Historic room tab. Each available room will be listed out for you.

Which accommodation is suitable for single guests?

We do have single rooms or chalets available at the majority of our hotels and coastal villages, with the exceptions being Cricket St Thomas, Thoresby Hall, and Corton Coastal Village. These rooms are extremely popular and do get booked up very quickly.

At Heythrop Park, cleverly designed Cosy Rooms are just for solo travellers. Although they may be the smallest rooms, they don’t forgo all the mod cons. Quality furnishings paired with super-soft duvets and powerful showers (standalone or over a bath) promise a restful stay. They’re scattered throughout the estate, many with lift access. 

If all our single rooms are fully booked, you are able to book a double or twin room for single occupancy, however there may be an under-occupancy charge which will vary depending on the availability of the hotel and date in question. For Christmas and New Year we do charge 100% under occupancy.

Which accommodation is suitable for large groups?

If you're making a booking for 19 guests or under, just give our wonderful Sales team a call on 0330 100 9974 and they'll be more than happy to help you.

How do I request a Warner Hotels brochure?

To conserve the environment, we no longer send a brochure. You can view all our hotels, what's included, entertainment, and prices on our website.
