If you are making a holiday booking online you will be asked to create a new account, or log in to your existing one.

Trouble logging in

We're sorry for any trouble you're having with your online account. If you've booked a break and it hasn't appeared in your online account, please contact us by clicking the blue speech bubble button at the bottom left of the screen and speak with adviser, or call Customer Care on 0330 100 3354*.

Remove from database

If you would like to have your details changed or removed from our database please chat with an adviser via the chat. To do this, simply click the speech bubble at the bottom left of the page and let us know how we can help.

The database removal process can take up to 28 days. This may mean that you might receive some mailing information from Warner Hotels while our records are being updated. We hope that this will not cause too much inconvenience to you during this period.
