Aqua Aerobics

It doesn’t matter what kind of a swimmer you are Aqua Aerobics is perfect for everybody, it is mainly based around resistance and cardiovascular training within the water. It has also proven to increase balance and flexibility and with the help from the waters buoyancy supports the body to reduce the risk of muscle or joint injuries.

Core Stability

The Core is the focus, but the total body is the target! Using stability balls and possibly weights, you will challenge the body and your core so that you are not only working on toning, conditioning and increasing lean muscle mass but also decreasing that stubborn body fat. This class in designed to suit different fitness levels and can be as intense as you make it.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga attempts to balance the mind and body via physical postures, controlled breathing and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Yoga is great for improving balance, strength and flexibility. It is a physical, mental and spiritual class that's goal is to attain a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquillity.

Kettlercise

This class consists of using the weights to perform exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength, endurance & flexibility training. This particularly targets the lower back, and shoulders when strength and endurance training is taking place as well as increasing your grip strength.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A class that gives you the benefit of increasing the muscle tone, the increase of flexibility and the shape of the body concentrating on the Legs, Bums and Tums as well as an all-rounder for increasing your fitness levels. This class involves aerobic & stretching exercise.

Pilates (beginners, intermediate and advanced)

Originally created with the intention of strengthening the mind and body, it is a low impact class that is based around a body conditioning workout that helps to increase one's flexibility, strength, and endurance. As well as developing the co-ordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

Zumba Fitness

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Zumba Tone

Zumba tone combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, gluts and thighs. 

Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is based on using specially designed walking poles in a way that harnesses the power of the upper body to propel you forward as you walk. Nordic walking was originally a summer training regime for cross-country skiers. 

African Dance

An exciting, unique dance experience for all ages that involves an energetic mix of traditional African dances, with our own in house specialist from Kenya Get involved in the only African dance class in the area.
