Great nights out - without having to go out

With the return of indoor live entertainment with social distancing (and beginning before the government 10pm curfew), evenings with Warner are for letting your hair down. A bit of fun with a comedian, a band, some dancing and visiting acts from stage and screen always keep it lively and full of surprises.

From headlining stars to glam festivals and the most-accomplished tributes in the business, live entertainment in our exclusive music venues is available on all dinner, bed & breakfast breaks only. There are four different types of midweek and weekend breaks, each with a distinct flavour but all tailored to grown-ups (over 21s). Pick your favourite for the perfect fit.

Winter music festivals

15 wall-to-wall music festivals celebrate iconic sounds of the 60s, 70s disco and journey through the hits of the 80s and Motown and soul. Visiting artists include The Edwin Starr Band and tributes to rock royalty Elvis and Elton John.

Frequently asked questions

Will all visiting artists/bands be able to perform?

Yes, we’re delivering the full advertised line-up of visiting artists, resident bands and Warner team production shows at all our hotels in England. Live performances are still not permitted at Bodelwyddan Castle because of Welsh Government restrictions.

What about Bodelwyddan Castle in Wales?

Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel is currently closed and will reopen from Friday 4 December with breaks going ahead as planned. The COVID ALERT LEVEL is still to be decided. Please check back regularly. Find out more

When we reopen, we will not be able to offer live entertainment at Bodelwyddan Castle until Welsh Government deems it safe to do so. Instead, all breaks in North Wales will have a refreshing laid-back mix of indulgence, fun and adventure with top-notch dining, entertainment on the big screen and days to explore. Exclusive to Bodelwyddan Castle until January 2021. Find out more

What are the times of the ‘early’ and ‘later’ shows?

To achieve social distancing, we’re reducing numbers in the indoor cabaret rooms and where needed are putting on two nightly performances, an early and later one. We’ll automatically reserve your show time to follow dinner.

Show times are 7:30pm-9pm and then 9pm-10:30pm. The government has released new guidelines for hotels that state live performances and movies that begin before 10pm can continue past the 10pm curfew.

These are subject to minor variances, to be advised at your hotel.

Can I stay for both shows?

To achieve social distancing, we’ve reduced numbers in the indoor cabaret rooms. If we’re unable to safely accommodate all guests for one performance, the headliners will perform the same show twice. Guests will be booked in for just one of the two evening performances.

What happens in the hotels with a cabaret restaurant where the entertainment and dining is in the same place?

At our four hotels with cabaret restaurants, Alvaston Hall, Studley Castle, Corton Coastal Village and Lakeside Coastal Village, these will have a single performance. All shows will begin before the government 10pm curfew. These hotels will continue to host one sitting for breakfast and dinner and one show every night.

There’ll be fewer guests than normal in the hotels, which will allow us to space out seating and put social distancing measures in place. Guests will still be asked to book their breakfast and dinner times in advance. We’ll be in contact before your break with instructions on how to do this.

Will I be able to get a drink if I’m watching the entertainment?

Yes of course, our team will be serving drinks without you even having to leave your seat. Following the government guidance issues on 24 September, our bars and restaurants will have to close at 10pm, but there’ll be no hurry to finish your drinks (last orders at 9:30pm).

Will there be dancing?

Yes! We actively encourage dancing, but we need to do it safety in line with social distancing guidelines. In our cabaret rooms, there’s opportunity to dance at your table, a bit like your own private dance floor.

Will Warner resident bands and team shows still go ahead?

Yes, these are performed live inside in cabaret rooms from September at all our hotels in England. In addition, there are special recordings of our resident bands and team shows.

What will be shown on the cinema/TV screens?

There’s a schedule of films, concerts, West End theatre and TV comedy. These vary by time, break type and location. Please see your entertainment guide or see what's on here.

As a result of these changes, if I decide to move/cancel my break – what are my options?

Our free Coronavirus Guarantee means every break in 2020 and 2021 is covered if you’re unable to travel or wish to reschedule. There’s no extra cost for doing this. See more here.
