Distinctive dining
Foodie hangout with three speciality restaurants
British favourites, fusion dishes and globetrotting flavours
With nothing pretentious and everything perfectly cooked, the chefs are masters at reinventing heritage dishes and elevating classic combos. From the full English to fall-off-the-bone joints, this is generous – dining. With table service available in The Travelling Duke Pub & Kitchen and help-yourself from the carvery available at the Market Kitchen.
All our breaks offers the choice of dining in any of our three restaurants in the evening, plus entry to the entertainment venues.
Market Kitchen
Located in the Orangery, the largest restaurant serves gold-standard breakfasts and three-course dinners. Bright and buzzy, it has a traditional kitchen pantry-come-conservatory feel with fresh produce in abundance.
On the menu are homegrown and around-the-world classics. The star is the daily roast, hand-carved with seasonal veg and piled-high roasties.
Breakfast 8-10.30am. Dinner 6-8.30pm.

The Travelling Duke Pub & Kitchen
The go-to for all-day eats, drinks and chats, nooks and crannies are filled with tables for two through to banquette seating with all the warmth of a fine country pub. Local tipples are served from a timber bar and there’s always the option of al fresco dining in summer on the terrace.
Gutsy dishes, never shy on flavour, are cooked with flair. The burgers are next level and the chips the real deal – triple-cooked and skin-on.

Brasserie32
Located in the Manor House with all soaring powder-blue ceilings and intricate plasterwork from the early 1700s, this is where the Duke of Shrewsbury’s Italian wife Adelaide once relaxed. Soft leather, lace and marble with sunshine yellows echo her childhood summers picking fruit and flowers.
Quality produce and beautifully dressed plates of food are inspired by ingredients from the 1900s with table service making it even more of an occasion.
