Rooms
A style that appeals to all tastes and budgets
Modern meets historic
Heythrop Park has 337 rooms featuring big comfy beds and modern bathrooms. All beautifully balance pops of colour with botanical décor, both drama and home comforts. Need-to-haves include wifi, fluffy towels and robes and iron. A generous tea tray, fresh milk in the fridge and luxe Temple Spa toiletries top the love-to-haves. Oh, lights and charging spots are in all the right places too.
A choice of room locations
Rooms are spread across three areas, each offering a different ambience.
The Manor house is the heart of the hotel. Elegant and relaxed, it’s home to historic lounges, Brasserie32, the Market Kitchen and some of the very best suites. The north wing rooms are next to the Spa & Wellness club and the Tee Golf & Activities, so perfect for spa and sporty types. In contrast, the south wing has both show venues, plus bars and a pub for lively nights, dancing and late-night tipples.

Cosy room
Bijou but perfectly formed
At least 14sqm | single room
Cleverly designed for solo travellers, these may be the smallest rooms but don’t forgo all the mod cons. Quality furnishings paired with super-soft duvets and powerful showers (standalone or over a bath) promise a restful stay. They’re scattered throughout the estate, many with lift access.
Standard room
Thoughtful design with no compromise
At least 18sqm | double room
Comfort is king in the smallest rooms for two. Standard by name but never by intent, they offer a double bed, all the necessities and lots of personality. Fresh colours are inspired by Adelaide, the countess who introduced Mediterranean elegance in the early 1700s. Earthy tones and vintage artwork connect with the surroundings.
Deluxe room
Serious style
At least 23sqm | double/twin room
Bags of character and spacious surroundings are ‘the norm’ here. These rooms are layered with little luxuries that elevate any stay – a super king size bed, armchairs and beautiful décor. Velvets, timber panelling and heritage colours add softness and a slice of nostalgia.
Superior room
One-of-a-kind showmanship
At least 35sqm | double/twin room
With 13-feet-high ceilings and giant fireplaces, the rooms and suites in the Baroque manor lean into their history. In the south wing they offer modern comfort. Generously sized, all come with a feature or super king size bed as well as sofa. Some have rolltop baths and marble basins, others dual aspect windows (those parkland views!).
